As Solicitor Director of HCN Law, Randeep leads the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice.
With the insight and experience gained from years at top-tier international law and accounting firms in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, Randeep has guided clients across mining, civil infrastructure, transport, technology, and international trade through some of their most important transactions and toughest disputes.
After years working overseas and in major cities, Randeep returned with his family to Maitland in regional NSW, joining the corporate and commercial team at Sparke Helmore and later another local firm, where he led and expanded the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice.
In 2024, Randeep joined HCN Law as a Director, bringing his global expertise to support local and regional businesses.
Over his career, Randeep has advised on major mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, corporate restructures, governance and compliance, intellectual property, cross-border regulatory matters, and complex commercial litigation and disputes. He is known for his strategic, commercially minded approach and his ability to manage high-value, time-critical matters from negotiation through to resolution.
