Michael is a solicitor director and head of the Private Client practice at HCN Law.
Michael has two decades of combined experience in law and finance, bringing a unique perspective to his legal practice. Before becoming a lawyer, Michael spent over 10 years in the banking and financial services sector in Sydney, holding roles at major institutions including the Commonwealth Bank, ANZ and NAB. This background provided him with extensive expertise in structuring and planning property and financial transactions, as well as advising high-net-worth individuals on investments and superannuation.
For the past decade, Michael has focused his legal practice on working with private clients to assist with complex estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, trusts, property and conveyancing transactions.
Prior to joining HCN Law, Michael worked at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers in Sydney and Sparke Helmore Lawyers in Newcastle. Michael joined HCN Law (formerly Hulin Chadwick Lawyers) as a principal solicitor in 2022.
Michael brings his deep understanding of financial services, estate planning and property law to assist regional private clients to secure their estate and build wealth for future generations.
