Randeep Singh joins HCN Law in Maitland. 

Randeep Singh has joined HCN Law in our Maitland office to head our Business, Corporate and Commercial division. 

Originally from New Zealand, Randeep graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) / Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

Randeep Singh began his career at KPMG in Sydney before joining global law firm, Baker & McKenzie’s commercial law team working across Asia and North America on various international corporate matters.

Now happily settled in wife’s hometown of Maitland with his young family, Randeep has found a home at HCN Law leading our Corporate and Commercial Law practice. His expertise encompasses business advisory, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions.

 Randeep is dedicated to helping businesses navigate the legal landscape and achieve their strategic goals. Outside of work Randeep enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an avid rugby union and basketball fan, often finding time to play both sports when he can.
